Entropy SA – Cafe

Photo: Eggs in purgatory
What: Set in a relocated old railway shed in the vibrant riverside precinct of Thebarton, Entropy is the latest addition to Adelaide’s cool cafe crowd. Char/Bar on Friday nights serves up small (super tasty) offerings from locally sourced meats, seafood and vegetables, which are cooked to order outdoors on their chargrill coals. Even better is that the offerings come matched with Entropy’s great selection of craft beer and Australian wine.

Where: 37 Little Queen St, Thebarton, Adelaide (5 mins from the CBD)

When: Wednesday & Thursday 8am-4pm; Friday 8am-10pm; Saturday & Sundays 9am-4pm

Why: Great use and fit out of space, great dedication to sourcing and using local and organic produce, and exceptionally great attitudes by owners and staff, i.e. great overall atmosphere.

Entropy is currently exhibiting art works curated by Jen Hill, for Art Liaisons.
